Best Snacks Between Your Meals



Hi everyone, it’s important to eat snacks between your main meals to keep your metabolism always working. We would like to share this awesome snack that’s easy and best of all tastes great!  All we did was use regular 0% fat Greek yogurt and add some blueberries and raspberries to it then paired it with a chopped green apple! Add 100% natural peanut butter for dipping or you can always use almond butter since it’s a bit healthier. We personally like Greek yogurt a lot better than regular yogurt as well, because we find it better tasting and prefer its thicker texture. Its higher protein content is also a bonus and you can even add a bit of it to your protein powder shakes as well to make it taste like a milk shake.
